Introduction to PXI - The industry leading platform for test, measurement and control

PXI is both a high-performance and low-cost deployment platform for applications such as manufacturing test, military and aerospace, machine monitoring, automotive, and industrial test.

Developed in 1997 and launched in 1998, PXI is an open industry standard governed by the PXI Systems Alliance (PXISA), a group of more than 70 companies chartered to promote the PXI standard, ensure interoperability, and maintain the PXI specification.

In this webcast, we will talk in depth about the history, architecture and technical specifications of PXI.

      Rapid Prototyping for Communications Design

Despite the flexibility offered by software defined radio (SDR) hardware for rapid prototyping, today’s software tools impede innovation by imposing a disjointed and difficult path from concept to real-world signal.

The LabVIEW Communications System Design Suite remedies this by offering a design environment featuring tight hardware integration with NI SDR systems to help you rapidly prototype communications systems and outpace your competition.

In this webcast, we will walk you through the design environment and its key features.
